Can customers modify their subscriptions (Pause, Reactivate, Cancel)?
Yes! Customers can manage their subscriptions directly from their account dashboard:

Login into Website

Go to My Account → and click on “My Subscriptions” button

Click View Subscription on the plan they want to manage

“My Subscription” Widget is also available on Customer Order status page
Depending on your settings, they may see options to:

Pause Subscription – Temporarily stop without canceling

Reactivate Subscription – Restart a paused plan
-
Cancel Subscription – End the subscription permanently
