If a payment fails, Rekitr will:

• Automatically retry the payment after a set period (3 times on period of 2 hours)

• If the retry also fails, the subscription will be marked as canceled

• The customer will be notified via email about the failed payment and cancellation

This ensures a smooth process while keeping customers informed.
