How to re-attempt for pending verification orders?

In case of failed to verify the orders on first attempt. You can automated re-attempt verification by sending SMS or Call to customer after specified time of period.

SETUP

Step 1 : Go to app Sidebar -> App Settings.

Step 2 : Go to Re-attempt section and enable option.
Step 3 : Select mode for re-attempt 

  • Call Mode
  • SMS Mode

Step 4: Select time after re-attempt should happen.
Step 5 : Save settings
