Steps to Create an Exchange (Replacement) Order

1. Open REX
2. Go to Return Requests Section
3. Go to Active / Return Received Tab
4. Click on More Actions button
5. Select Create Replace Order
6. Select options according to your preference and click on Create new order button
7. You can also see Exchange order name
