Troubleshooting Common Issues

REX includes built-in safeguards and clear troubleshooting steps.

Common issues include:

Q: Label creation fails / provider returns error.
A: Check provider credentials; ensure account has adequate balance/credit and service enabled for the pickup pincode.

Q: Auto-language not detecting correctly.
A: Verify translated labels exist for the customer's language and that the browser language headers are supported.

Q: Refund to original method not processed by app.
A: Process refund inside Shopify Payments or your gateway and mark the request refunded in the app for record-keeping.

Q: Customer can't submit return for an order.
A: Confirm the order number and email/phone; check if product is excluded by tag or outside return window.
