How can I Setup my Return/Exchange Request Page on Shopify Website ?

  • "Return Request Module" provides you "Return Page" feature through which your Customers can Send you Return & Exchange Order Requests from your Own Shopify Website.
  • You can Customize your Returns, Exchanges & Theme of your Return Page according to your Website. There are many Customization options available in "Return Request Settings".
  • And you can manage all your Return & Exchange Orders in "Return Requests" Section.

  • Return Page Setup Process :
    1. Open REX
    2. Copy the Navigation link on the Dashboard
    3. In Shopify Admin left-side bar > Click on "Content" > Click on "Menus"
    4. Select the Menu in which you want to Setup your link
    5. Click on "Add menu item"
    6. Enter the Label in Label field as per your Choice (e.g. Request Return/Exchange) > Paste the URL in "Link" field > Click on "Save" button
