Steps to Create Store Credit in REX :
  1. Open REX
  2. Go to Return Requests Section
  3. Go to Active Return Tab
  4. Click on More Actions button
  5. Select Create Store Credit
  6. Select options according to your preference and click Create Store Credit.
What Happens Next?
  • Store credit is generated and linked to the customer
