Giftcard - How to provide Giftcard to Customers for Returns in REX ?

For providing Giftcard follow below steps :

  1. Open REX
  2. Go to Return Requests Section
  3. Go to Active Return Tab
  4. Click on More Actions button
  5. Select Giftcard
  6. Select options according to your preference and click Create Giftcard.
