How to check whether your business is verified?
To be eligible for the green badge (Official Business Account), your business will need to go through both 2-factor verification & verified business. We will be able to help you apply, but WhatsApp holds the ultimate right to approve.
Tip! Official Business Account is NOT a prerequisite for using WhatsApp Business API.
To check whether your business is verified:
- Go to Business settings
- Click Security Centre
- Find the Verification section
