Where can we track customer feedback on automated WhatsApp messages sent by Chatix ?

Becuase WhatsApp does not allow same phone number to use with WhatsApp API and mobile WhatsApp, We can not receive customer's reply to automated whatsapp message on mobile whatsapp.

So, as a solution we've developed an Shared Inbox / Chat panel, where you can read customer feedbacks and answer their queries effortlessly.

  1. Find the menu Inbox / Chat panel > Team Members in the application admin.
    Click on the arrow icon shown in the last column of the listed user. You can login to chat panel with that arrow icon as an admin.

  2. If you have multiple support team members, invite them using "Invite Team Members" button given,

  3. Fill the details of team member you are going to invite.

    Staff member can login with their email and password directly on https://web.chatix.app/
