Here are the steps to turn on or off the beep sound when whatsapp chat widget appears on your shopify storefront,

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Apps
2. Search or open our application – Ctx: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned
3. Find “WhatsApp Chat” menu in left side bar as shown in screenshot below
4. Untick / Uncheck the option given “Play notification sound” to turn OFF the sound & Tick / Check that option to turn ON the sound.
5. Click ‘Save’ button given at bottom of that page.

Done. 🎉
