A. Front Page Appearance

Control header text, intro copy, return form fields (show/hide), example images, and brand colors.

Add your logo and customize the CTA button text.
B. Return Rules & Options

Return Window — number of days from delivery to allow returns.

Return Reasons — add or remove reasons.

Exchanges — set allowed exchange types: same product, different variant, same price only.

Refund Rules — define eligibility, restocking fees, shipping deduction rules.

Restriction Rules — block returns by product tags, collections, or individual SKUs.

Allow Customer Resubmit — toggles whether customers can resubmit requests that were previously declined.
C. Language & Labels

Add translations for all labels, buttons, and email templates.

Admin can upload messages for multiple languages.

Auto Language Detection: the front page detects user's browser language and shows the corresponding translation if available; otherwise falls back to default language.
D. Notifications

Edit email subject and body for: request received, approved, declined, pickup scheduled, tracking, return received, refund issued, exchange shipped, store credit/gift card issued.
Preview messages and insert template variables (e.g., {{order_number}}, {{tracking_url}}, {{return_reason}}).
