Troubleshooting Common Issues

Even with automation, issues can arise. The app includes built-in safeguards and clear troubleshooting steps.

Common issues include:

Q: Return labels don’t generate for a provider.

A: Check provider credentials in Settings → Logistics. Verify account has label API access and sufficient balance (if provider requires pre-paid labels).

Q: Customer can't find their order in the return form.
A: Verify the order was created in Shopify and the email/phone entered matches the order contact. If the order is older than your return window, it may be excluded.

Q: Refund failed to process automatically.
A: Some gateways require refunds to be created in Shopify. The app can provide a refund instruction and/or initiate the refund if the necessary permissions are given.

Q: Auto-language detection showing wrong language.
 A: Browser language settings determine auto-detection. The admin can set a default fallback language.
