Return Request Creation Process from Customer End
A smooth return experience builds trust and increases repeat purchases.
From the customer’s perspective, the process is simple:

Open the return page via a link or embedded widget.

Enter order number and email/phone.

Select items, quantities, and return reasons.

Choose resolution (refund, exchange, store credit, or gift card).

Submit the request.
Once submitted, the customer receives an acknowledgement email, and the request appears in the admin dashboard as Pending. Throughout the process, customers are kept informed via automated notifications—reducing support tickets and uncertainty.
