How to configure General Settings in REX ?

Setting up the General Settings is the first step to ensuring your Return & Exchange Management app works smoothly with your Shopify store. Follow the steps below to get started in just a few minutes.

  1. Open the app from your Shopify admin Panel
  2. Go to Settings from left-side menu
  3. Click on General

  4. Enter your Seller Name and GST Number. These details help ensure accurate documentation and compliance during return and exchange processing.

  5. Select your native language for the app interface. This allows you to manage returns and exchanges more comfortably in your preferred language.
