SMS Notification- How to notify Customer about Order Shipment after Shipment through SMS notification ?

  • In today's fast-paced e-commerce environment, effective communication is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • One of our standout features is the SMS Notification system, through which you can update your Customers about their Order Shipment along with its Tracking Number & Tracking Link on two events Order Shipment or Order Fulfillment.

  • To enable this feature after Shipment follow below Steps :
    1. In ILS, go to "SMS Notification" section from left-side menu.
      • Here there are 2 Sub-sections SMS Detail & SMS History. In SMS Detail Section you can Enable or Disable the SMS Notification feature, check the SMS Message Template & its Reference Variables & Per SMS Cost.
    2. If you want to notify your Customer about Order Shipment after Shipment (generation of Tracking(AWB) number). In "Order Event" Column Switch-On the Toggle button beside "Order Shipped" Status
  • That's it, once your Order is Shipped an SMS will be automatically sent to your customer regarding the same.

  • Note :
    1. If Order Tracking feature is Enabled then SMS will contain your "Brand Order Tracking detail page" link of that Order, otherwise it will contain "Logistic's Tracking Page" link of that Order.
    2. This is a Rechargeable feature, it's not included in any Subscription Plan.
