Update Tracking Number - How to Update AWB or Tracking number of your Order ?

  • There are times, for example when your Package gets lost in transit and cannot be located using the original tracking number, in such cases you need to send a Replacement Shipment with a new Tracking number, along with updating your Store & your Customer about it.
  • In this situation you can use our Update Tracking feature.

  • Update Tracking Process-
    1. Go to Orders Section from left-side menu.
    2. Go to Fulfillment tab > Select your Order from Checkbox
    3. Click "Bulk Fulfill" button > Select "Update Tracking" option
    4. A popup will appear where you can Enter the new Tracking no. & if you want to Update your Customer about the new Shipment then select the "Send A Notification Email To The Customer" Checkbox > Click on "Update" button
  • Note: You can use Update Tracking feature only after Fulfillment of that Order.
