Sometimes it might happen that by mistake you fulfilled any order or in some cases you have to re-ship the order which is already fulfilled. Through this feature you can easily cancel that fulfillment.  

You just have to follow given below steps, 

1. Click on order option from left side menu 
2. Select orders for which you want to cancel fulfillment 
3. Then click on bulk fulfillment button from top of the page.
4. Select cancel fulfill option
5. It will ask you “ are you sure to cancel fulfillment ? “ . Then click the ok button to continue.

After this step the fulfillment details will be removed from the order and the status will be revert to unfulfilled.

Any time there are wrong fulfillments, and you want to cancel or update the latest tracking, you can do that from this app.

Cancel Fulfillments :

• On order list, you can find Bulk Fulfill button.
• Click on the button and select the Cancel Fulfill button.
• Click Ok on confirmation alert popup to process.
