• Sometimes some of your Order Items are Out-of-Stock & you want to Ship the Order Partially with available Items OR if You keep different Products on different Warehouses & always Ship Order items from Multiple Warehouses.
• In those Cases you can Utilize our Partial Order Shipment Feature.

• For Partial Shipment follow below Steps :
  1. Go to Orders Section
  2. In “Ready to Ship” Tab > Search your Order & Click on its View Icon
  3. Detail View Popup will appear from Right-side > Click on Ship Button > Select your Courier Service > Unselect Items which you don’t want to Ship > Click on Proceed button
  4. Select your Pickup Date & Time, Packing Measurement & Warehouse location > Click on Proceed button
  5. After that AWB no. will be generated & that Order will move to Shipped Tab with Fulfillment Status as “Partially Shipped” & “Unfulfilled”

• Tracking number, Invoice & Label Printing
  • If you do Multiple Partial Shipment of a Single Order, only the last Partial Shipment's Tracking no. will be Visible in List View & you can Print Invoice & Label of only last Partial Shipment from Print Invoice & Print label button.
  • You can check Tracking no. & Print Invoice & label of Previous Partial Shipments by following Steps:
    1. Go to Orders Section > Shipped Tab
    2. Search your Order & Click on its View Icon > In Detail View Popup go to Fulfillment Detail Section
    3. You can check Tracking numbers in "Tracking No." column
    4. To Print Invoice & Label > "Tracking URL" Column > Click on "Print Invoice" or "Print Label" button resp.
