Order Tracking (for Admin) - How to Track Current Order Status ?

  • Tracking feature allows you track your Current Order Status after Shipment from Indian Logistics Services app.
  • You can Track Orders which are Shipped through Indian Logistics Services app in the "Tracking" Section.

  • Let's see how you can Track yours Orders through different Tabs available in the Tracking Section
  1. Tracking (Manifested & Intransit) 
    • After Shipment in our app, those Orders start reflecting in this Tab with their Order Status in the "Status" Column as Manifested.
    • Manifested- The Order Status from the Time its Shipped till the Time its Picked up by the Logistics Courier Person at your Warehouse is called Manifested.
    • In Transit- After pick-up of your Order by the Courier Person at your Warehouse, the Order Status is called In Transit.
    • So after your Order is picked-up, its Status will change from Manifested to Intransit, which will be reflected in this Tab only. In short you can Track all your Manifested & Intransit orders in Tracking Tab.
    • If you have fulfilled your Order just after Shipment before pickup, the Delivery Status in your Shopify Admin Panel will Show "Tracking added". It will Start showing the Delivery Status once the Order is Picked-up from your Warehouse.
    • Detailed Order history- You can Track the Order history in detail from the View icon in the Summary Column
    • Cancel AWB- You can Cancel your Shipments before pickup (Manifested) from the "Cancel AWB" button in the Summary Column
  2. NDR (Non Delivered Report)
    • Orders which remain Undelivered due to some Reasons like Customer not available, etc. will be reflected in the NDR Tab, along with their Reason added by the Logistics visible in the Description column.
    • NDR Action- To get your NDR Orders back to your warehouse you can click on the NDR Action button in the Summary Column > Enter the "Reason for RTO" & Confirm. It will be sent back to your Warehouse by the Logistics.
    • If you are using Bluedart you can also Reattempt for Delivery. In Case of Bluedart Orders after Clicking the NDR Action button, 2 Options will be visible "RTO" & "DT".
      • To Reattempt Delivery- Select the DT Option > Select your Preferred Date & Time for Reattempt & you can also change Customer Contact NumberConfirm.
  3. RTO (Return to Origin)
    • All your Returned Orders will be reflected in the RTO Tab
  4. Delivered
    • All your Delivered Orders will be reflected in the Delivered Tab
  5. All
    1. In All Tab all your Manifested, In Transit, NDR, RTO & Delivered Orders will be visible with their Tracking Status
  • Note: Logistics send updates of Order Tracking Status after every 3hrs.

  • Other Features
    1. Search- You can Search your Orders in the "Search Bar" from Order no., its Tracking no. & Description.
    2. More Filters- You can filter your Tabs from the "More Filters" Option.
    3. Download- You can download your Filtered Reports (Tabs) in PDF, Excel & CSV format from their respective buttons available below the Order Report.
