Delhivery Error

While booking shipments through the Indian Logistics Services (ILS) Shopify App, you may occasionally face errors from courier partners like Delhivery. Below is a list of commonly encountered Delhivery shipment booking errors along with their possible causes and recommended solutions to help you resolve them quickly.

Delhivery : Client warehouse query does not exist.
Check for “Pickup / Warehouse Name” in ILS Delhivery Logistics Configuration is should match with Pick name added in your Delhivery Account Pickup Settings

Delhivery : Authentication failed, Please check warehouse details.
There’s something wrong in your added API key in logistic configuration, please verify it.
