While booking shipments through the Indian Logistics Services (ILS) Shopify App, you may occasionally face errors from courier partners like Amazon. Below is a list of commonly encountered Amazon shipment booking errors along with their possible causes and recommended solutions to help you resolve them quickly.
Amazon : Reason : Tax details containing GSTId is a mandatory field for this Amazon Shipping account
> Check if GST number is added in ILS Settings
Amazon : ShipDate in the request 2025-12-28T19:30:00Z is in the past. Please pass a ship date in the future
> While booking, you selected a pickup date and time earlier than the current date and time. Please try shipping again with a future pickup date and time
Amazon : No Offerings found for the given request. Either it is out of coverage or dimensions or weight are not supported
> Check if your Packing measurement is as per below Amazon requirement, if it’s correct means Customer Pincode is Temporarily or Permanently not Serviceable. You can check in the latest Pincode Serviceability Chart from Amazon.

Amazon : Access to requested resource is denied.
> Shipper has been blocked from the marketplace due to compliance Fraud activity. Check with your Amazon Account Manager & get the Account unblocked, so that manifestation gets resumed.
