Bluedart Errors
While booking shipments through the Indian Logistics Services (ILS) Shopify App, you may occasionally face errors from courier partners like Bluedart. Below is a list of commonly encountered Bluedart shipment booking errors along with their possible causes and recommended solutions to help you resolve them quickly.
Bluedart : User does not exist
> Confirm with Bluedart Team if your API Credentials are Test or Live. If Live then make sure the Test Mode button is Off in ILS Logistics Configurations & vice-versa. Else check for Incorrect API Credentials added in ILS Bluedart Logistics Configuration, if it’s same as shared by Bluedart check with Bluedart Team.
Bluedart : This customer can not send COD shipments.
> Need to enable COD flag for the account with the help of bluedart team
Bluedart : Authentication failed
> Check for Incorrect API Credentials added in ILS Bluedart Logistics Configuration, if it’s same as shared by Bluedart check with Bluedart Team.
Bluedart : User not authorized to register pickup for specified area customer code.
> Check for Incorrect Customer Code or Origin Area Code added in ILS Bluedart Logistics Configuration, if it’s same as shared by Bluedart check with Bluedart Team.
Bluedart : Declared value should be greater than 0.00
> Bluedart doesn't allow booking of Orders with value 0. It should be atleast Rs. 0.01 + You can mark the order as Paid so Bluedart will not ask for Payment on Delivery.
Bluedart : Temporary Embargo is placed for the Destination pin code
> Temporary suspension of services has been imposed on Customer Pincodes by Bluedart. You can try shipping after some days.
Bluedart : Origin pincode is under Temporary Embargo
> Temporary suspension of services has been imposed on Pickup Pincode by Bluedart. You can try shipping after some days.
Bluedart : Target system did not respond in Timely manner.
> There is some issue on Bluedart end. Bluedart Servers are not responding. Need to check with Bluedart Tech team.
Bluedart : Area and Service center does not belong to same region
> In case of Forward Shipments > If your Registered Bluedart A/c Region is different from the Pickup Address Region > Go to ILS Logistics Configuration > Bluedart > Click “+ Bluedart Account” > Add the same Bluedart API Credentials, but change the Customer Pincode as per your Pickup Pincode
Bluedart : Destination 314001 is not serviceable for requested Product
> Delivery Pincode is not serviceable by Bluedart through the Service/Product Type (Dartplus, Apex etc.) you are shipping through, please try to ship through any other Service type.
