How to fix Amazon "Tax details containing GSTId is a mandatory field" error?
This error appears when you try to book an Amazon Shipping manifest and no GST number is saved on your ILS account.
Why this happens: Amazon Shipping requires a valid GSTIN on every manifest request. If ILS Settings has no GST number, Amazon rejects the request.
How to fix:
- Open ILS → Settings.

- Enter your GST Number in the corresponding field.
- Click Save and retry the shipment from the orders page.
