How to fix Delhivery "Can not able to fetched AWB no" error?
This error appears when Delhivery accepts the batch but returns an empty AWB number for a specific order.
Why this happens: Usually a transient issue on Delhivery's side — a momentary hiccup in AWB generation. Occasionally it also happens when your AWB series is close to exhaustion.
How to fix:
- Retry just this order once — most of the time the retry succeeds.
- If it fails again, contact Delhivery support and share the order number so they can check AWB availability on your account.
