DTDC Errors

While booking shipments through the Indian Logistics Services (ILS) Shopify App, you may occasionally face errors from courier partners like Amazon. Below is a list of commonly encountered Amazon shipment booking errors along with their possible causes and recommended solutions to help you resolve them quickly.

DTDC : Auto allocated hub not found
> Check with your DTDC Account manager to assign Hub to your Account for bookings

DTDC : NO_SERIES_AVAILABLE
> Check with your DTDC Account Manager to assign AWB Series to your DTDC Account.

DTDC : COD is not allowed for DOX Shipments. Please try with NON-DOX & reupload
> Go to ILS Logistics Configuration > DTDC > Edit > Change Document type to Non-Document > Try Shipment
