How to fix Bluedart "Declared value should be greater than 0" error?
This error appears when you try to book a Bluedart shipment for an order whose total price is zero.
Why this happens: Bluedart's API requires a non-zero declared value for every shipment. Free / gift / test orders with a total of Rs. 0 are rejected.
How to fix:
- Open the order in Shopify and check the Total price.

- Set the order value to at least Rs. 0.01 using a manual line item or a paid custom price.
- If it's a genuinely free / gift order, mark it as Paid in Shopify so Bluedart doesn't treat it as COD.
- Retry the shipment from ILS.
